My Teacher, My Hero

What comes in your mind when you hear the word "hero"? I'm sure many of you will think about the people we have watched on the television shows. A person with supernatural powers who can fly, who is super strong, fast, invincible, and many more. But we all know in reality, those doesn't exist. Some will also think to those persons who fought for our country and to those who sacrificed their lives just to save the lives of many people.
In our generation today we can hardly see those personalities to consider ones a hero. But the question is, do people need those personalities or super powers to consider them a hero? For me, they don't need anymore those extraordinary abilities. A person who can just tell me what's right from wrong. Who can teach me how to have good manners. And who is willing to give his/her time just to mold me to be a better person is what I'm looking for to be call a hero. And those personalities seems to fit just exactly what teachers are doing.
Nowadays, we can hardly appreciate the good things our teachers are doing for us. But did you not think that without them there will be no experts and professionals that will exist? Without them our knowledge will be nothing. So have the gratitude of thanking them which can be also by means of having respect, being honest and using those things which they have been taught to us in good things or in good ways.
It may seem that sometimes they always yell at us when we did wrong things. But always remember that considering them as our second parents and for our own sake, they just also want us to be a good and better person.
